inwright, signed by John and Elizabeth Usher, an abstract of which is as follows: Part of the farm called Ten Hills, now partly in the tenure, occupation, or improvement of the said John Usher . . . and partly in the tenure or occupation of Joseph Whittemore, tenant of the said John Usher.
