Enforcement of the Law. --After the rendition of the U. S. Commissioner's decision, at Cleveland, Ohio, last Wednesday afternoon, that the slave girl, Lucy, should be given up to Mr. Goshorn, of Virginia, her alleged owner, the persons present organized a meeting, and, after some debate, passed resolutions declaring that "the U. S.
