Henrico light Dragoons. --This Cavalry company paraded yesterday, pursuant to notice, and after meeting at the appointed place, paraded through several of the principal streets of the city, attracting much attention by their soldier like appearance and admirable horsemanship. The company numbered over thirty members, and were under command of Col. J. Lucius Davis, of the 33rd Regiment. Ordered to leave. --Ben and Princilla Gray, free negroes, from Henrico, were arraigned at the Mayor's Court, yesterday, for staying in the city of Richmond without authority of law. On promising to leave within a week, the usual punishment was suspended.

Bills Passed.--Senate bill for the protection of the fisheries in the waters of the Potomac and Chesapeake Bay; House bill authorizing the trustees of the First Presbyterian Church, in the city of Portsmouth, to execute a deed of trust on said property; House bill for the encouragement of certain volunteer military companies in the city of Wheeling; Senate bill transferring the Huttonsville and Huntersville Road to the counties through which it passes; Senate bill refunding $79.07 to James Hewett, James Bradford, and Peter Grandsires; Senate bill refunding to Jas. S. Connel, and Daniel Polsey, a sum of money improperly paid by them into the treasury as tax on land in Roane county; Senate bill refunding to Elizabeth C. Richardson, of Henrico county, a sum of money paid on an erroneous assessment of land, and for correcting said assessment. On motion, the Senate adjourned.
