The first secession flag. --The bark Abigail, owned by John Currie, Jr., arrived here yesterday afternoon from Rio via New York. On getting into port she hoisted the flag of the Southern Confederacy, the first hoisted in this harbor. She will be open to visits from the public this afternoon after 3 o'clock.
