An Item to be considered. --In the progress of the debate in the Convention yesterday afternoon, it was stated by Mr. Wise that Junius L. Archer, of the Bellona Foundry, had just received an order from the Government at Washington, for sending all the gens at the establishment to Fortress Monroe forth with.
