The U. S. Loan. Washington, April 2. --The U. S. Government loan of $8,000,000 was taken to-day at an average of about 93½. Nearly $30,000,000 were bid for. [second Dispatch.] Washington, April 2. --The following are the principal successful bidders for the loan : In New York: Bank of Commerce, $2,500,000; Drexel & Co. $1,000,000; E. Whitehouse, Son & Morrison, $400,000; James Gallatin, $150,000; Bank of America, $500,000; Ocean Bank, $100,000; Bank of North America, $250,000; Marie & Katz, $180,000; Bliss, Williams & Co., $100,000; John A.
