Affairs at Pensacola. --The Montgomery correspondent of the Charleston Evening News writes (May 4) as follows: A telegram received here to-day states that Brown has coolly invited Bragg to decamp bag and baggage, allowing him till Monday to pick up. His quarters being very pleasant and Washington a most delightful summer residence, the General will certainly decline to state, and then-- God protect the right! The result of the contest is by no means doubtful. Colonel Lockridge, of Nicaragua reputation, who has just arrived from Florida, states that our forces are in splendid spirits, well prepared to storm the fort, and amply provided with heavy guns, and shot and shell in abundance.
