Incendiarism in Hanover. --A stable and cornhouse, belonging to George W. Smith, of Hanover, were set on fire on the night of the 15th instant, and were destroyed, with its contents, consisting of a lot of corn, fodder, &c. A fine mule and cow were also burned in the building. A slave, named John, owned by Captain George W. Gibson, was arrested and committed to jail on suspicion of having committed the act. Smith is the proprietor of a small grocery, and had previously to the burningging to George W.
