Kentucky and Indiana. Indianapolis,May 19, 1861.--Reports, well authenticated, refer to contemplated secession inroads into Southern Kentucky from Tennessee. Two thousand troops are at Indianapolis, and can be lodged into Kentucky in eight hours. Five regiments of State troops in arms, under Brigadier General Reynolds, can reach this point in four hours. Governor Morton has tendered to the General Government six regiments, and an addition double that number can be rates if required.
