bill: A Bill to be entitled an Act to Admit the State of Arkansas into the Confederacy. The people of the State ofState of Arkansas in sovereign Convention, having passed an Ordinance dissolving their political connection with the United States, a the Confederate States of America do enact, That the State of Arkansas be and is hereby admitted into this Confederacy upon ce of the passage of an Ordinance of Secession by the State of Arkansas was in this Convention, and he desired to have the fan the Ordinance of Secession adopted by the Convention of Arkansas, and also the ordinance adopting the Provisional Constituthe call of States, the vote in favor of the admission of Arkansas was unanimous.
