The Siege of the city of Mexico. --The news from Mexico, via Havana, is to the 2d inst. The Trait d' Union of that date says: "The army of the interior begins to make its appearance in the neighborhood of the capital, and amounts, as we are informed, to 25,000 men with a formidable train of artillery.--When these forces are united with those already occupying the plains around the capital. (10,000 men,) that city will find itself attacked by 35,000 men and about 200 pieces of artilleMexico, via Havana, is to the 2d inst. The besiegers will not have assembled under the walls until the 15th December, and then operations will commence."
Indian Outrages in Mexico --A frightful state of affairs exists in the Mexican State of Sonora, in consequence of the turbulence of the Indians, who are carrying "fire and fagot" in every quarter. They do not hesitate to attack the cities and towns, and, quite recently, carried off fourteen Mexican girls from Hermansville, who were after warns rescued from them.
