Post-Office affairs. --On the new line from Richmond, Va., to Norfolk, Mr. H. M. Fitzhugh is appointed route agent. In Virginia a new office is established at Tunstall's, New Kent county, and George L. Bosher appointed postmaster; directly on the route from Richmond to Norfolk. Office at West Point, King William county, is re-established and P. P. Duvall appointed postmaster.
