Commissioner's Sale of Slaves.--Pursuant to a decree entered by the Richmond Circuit Court, on the 11th of January, 1861, in the suit of Johnson's adm'r and als. against Rowe and als., I shall, at the auction rooms of Pulliam & Co., in the city of Richmond, on Friday, the 18th of Jan'y, 1861, at 12 o'clock M., sell at auctions, to the highest bidder, for cash, the following Slaves, belonging to the estate of Thos. F. Johnson, dec'd, to wit: A negro woman named Mildto the highest bidder, for cash, the following Slaves, belonging to the estate of Thos. F. Johnson, dec'd, to wit: A negro woman named Mildred, and her three children — Julia, Jimmy and Simon; Caroline, and her two children — Maria and Albert, and a negro man named William Henry.
The negroes are likely and of good character, and are sold for no fault.
