A Pennsylvania volunteer. --After the departure of Lincoln's troops from Baltimore, on Thursday, a policeman found one of the volunteers lying on a lot in the vicinity of the depot, in a state of intoxication. He wore a green alpaca uniform, trimmed with fringe of the same color, and said his name was Wm. Scott Davis, from Allentown, Pa. Not having the needful wherewith to pay his fine, a Justice sent him to jail for two weeks.

Tennessee. --In a brief speech in Atlanta, Ga., on the 16th inst., Gen. Pillow said he would guarantee to raise ten thousand men in Tennessee, in twenty days, to fight the battles of the South, if President Davis would accept them. It is confidently believed that Tennessee will secede from the Northern Confederacy.
