Throwing Stones. --Alexander Harris and Henry Taylor, sons of Mars, who stoned the house of Joe Anderson, because they imagined they had been debarred from the enjoyment of some privilege therein, were arrested by the police Tuesday night, and yesterday brought before the Mayor for violating the peace.
