War movements. From the Baltimore papers of Tuesday, received last evening, we make up the subjoined summary of war news, as reported at the North: From Fortress Monroe. The steamer Adelaide, Captain Cannon, arrived yesterday morning from Old Point Comfort, but brought no news of interest.
