Death of Dr. Thomas Nelson. We have just heard, with regret, that this eminent physician and true-hearted gentleman died at Glenburnie, (his residence,) in Louise county, on the morning of the 6th instant.--Dr. Nelson was born in Augusta county on the 11th of November, 1787, and consequently had nearly reached the ripe age oDr. Nelson was born in Augusta county on the 11th of November, 1787, and consequently had nearly reached the ripe age of seventy-four years.
