Discharged. --Two or three darkeys were arraigned before Alderman Sanxay for running around loose without proper authority.--A fred Scers, one of the party attached to the 4th Regiment N. C. Volunteers, was orders to be detained till chiled for.--The same judgment was rendered in the case of Dick Bin attached to the 6th Regiment from the same State. --Wm. Mitchell and Peter Clarke, servants of volunteer companies, were also looked up till called for.

"Refunded." --A man named Edward Edwards, was carried before Alderman Sanxay at the City Hall yesterday, for stealing a $20 gold piece from Matthew Bryant. When the case came to be looked into, it appeared that he had restored the money. The word "refunded" was marked opposite his name, and he was let off.
To be sent away. --The case of Henry Mycth charged with murdering Richard Washington in Prince George county, Virginia, eighteen months since, was determined, so far as the city is concerned, yesterday, by Aldermar Sanxay ordering the prisoner to be sent a Prince George county, where the offence we committed and where the witnesses all reside.
Gave security. --David Critchter, charge with trespassing on the premises of Jas. McConnell, gave $200 security yesterday before Alderman Sanxay. Peter G. Mason, charge with making an assailant Frederick De Hart gave $160 security. Both parties were then let off.
Stealing a uniform. --Henry Thompson, 1 free negro, was convicted before Alderman Sanxay yesterday of stealing a uniform (coat and pants) from W. S. Poindexter, and was ordered ten lashes and set to work on the city defences.
Discharged. --John W. Zimmerman and Thomas Shannon, arrested by the police a few days since as suspicious characters, were examined by Alderman Sanxay yesterday and acquitted.
