Missouri State Convention. Jefferson City July 25 --The State Convention has declared the principal State offices to be vacant, and provides for filling them by the Convention. The Convention has repealed a part of the State Constitution. The Supreme Court shall consist of seven Judges, four of whom are to be chosen by the Convention. It has also abolished the State Legislature, and has annulled several acts of former Legislatures.
From Missouri. St. Louis, Mo., July 25. --Gen. Fremont has arrived. The Missourians have taken Memphis, in Scotland county, Mo.
