Louisiana troops. --We notice the arrival in our city of a very effective and handsomely equipped regiment, composed chiefly of Louisiana Creoles, and commanded by experienced officers, who havLouisiana Creoles, and commanded by experienced officers, who have been educated in the military schools of France. Belligerent arrested. --A man represented to be from Louisiana raised considerable excitement in the neighborhood of the Exchange Hotel yesterday evening by his energetic endeavors to shoot a native of the Palmetto State. The latter very properly objected, and the police arriving in time to prevent bloodshed, removed the disturber of the peace to the calaboose. We could not learn his name.
