New Orleans, Sept. 19. --A special dispatch to the Picayune, of this city, dated Memphis, the 18th inst., is as follows: "The Tennesseeans have possession of Elizabethtown, 43 miles south of Louisville, and four miles from Muldraugh's Hill, and immediately on the Louisville and Nashville Railroad, with a large amount of rolling stock' Eleven companies rallied around our banner at that place.
