--In Washington, a few days ago; Henry Lehue, a sutler, was arrested, by Lieut. Cowls, third United States infantry, charged with attempting to Bribe.
Corporal Acklin, of the same regiment, to allow him to go over the Long Bridge with a load of lager beer.
He was taken before Justice Donn who required him to give $300 security to answer at the next term of the criminal court.
