Accidental Death of a soldier. --We learn with regret that Private Boswell, of company A, 13th Virginia regiment. (Col. August.) stationed on the Peninsula, lost his life a few days ago by an accident. He was cutting down a tree for the purpose of catching a squirrel which had taken refuge in the branches, and when it fell Mr. Boswell was unfortunately in its way, and was crushed to death.
