The stolen copper.
--Terrence Mullin, Cornelius Donahoe, and Joseph Lipinski, were yesterday arraigned before Justice Nettles, of Henrico county, on a charge of stealing a lot of copper fixtures from A. J. Byrne's distillery, near Voegler's spring.
After an investigation of the circumstances, Mullin and Donahoe were discharged from custody, but recognized to appear as witnesses against Lipinski, who was committed for further examination.
