Petty larceny. --A young man named Geo. Williams was arraigned before the Mayor yesterday, on a charge of stealing a coat, valued at $10, from William Jacobs. A witness testified that he saw the accused take the garment, and carry it into a rear alley, and that Mrs. Jacobs pursued and secured it.
