Macon, Ga., Oct. 17. --The Convention during their session last night passed the following resolutions: A resolution recommending such an amendment to the sequestration law as to provide for the sequestration of property of such alien enemies as have sons in the Confederate service, and for the benefit of such sons. A resolution approving the plan of the Marine Battering Ram, presented by Mr. J. R.
