chusetts regiments are making preliminary arrangements to celebrate their Thanksgiving in camp. Turkeys, chickens, and pumpkins are being procured. From Fortress Monroe. The Baltimore Sun, of the 20th, has the following: The steamer Louisiana, Capt. Porter, arrived yesterday morning from Fortress Monroe, and broughtFortress Monroe, and brought up several military officers, among whom are Col. Hawkins, of the N. Y. regiment which occupied Fort Clark, on the North Carolina coast. A vessel supposed to be the Confederate steamer Yorktown, was seen on Monday morning coming down the James river. Two Federal gun-boats immediately started after her, whereupon she turned back. The Louisiana brought up 1,300 unfilled shells, which was cast at the Old Point arsenal.
