nder date of Nov. 11, we learn that President Juarez has made a demand upon Gen. Vidauri, of Nuevo Lesn, for the deliverer of Gen. Comfort to the authorities in the city of Mexico, and that Gen. Vidaurri has refused to deliver Comfort up. Comfort has published a manifesto declaring his intention to remain in the country, despite "my lord Cardinal" Benito Juarez.
