l arrest the said John W. Park and deliver him into the jail of the said county of Prince William; and a reward of One Hundred Dollars for such arrest and surrender of John Wood. And I do, moreover, require all officers of this Commonwealth civil and military, and request the people generally to use their best exertions to procure the arrest of the said John W. Park and John Wood, that they may be brought to justice. Given under my hand as Governor, and under the Seal of the Commonwealth at Richmond, this 28th day of December, in the year 1861. Park is described as about five foot ten inches high, rather park complexion, about twenty-five or twenty eight years of age and slender person.
