The Militia ordered out. --It will be seen by orders which we publish this morning, that the 179th and 19th regiments of militia are required to parade, for inspection and drill, on Tuesday, the 7th inst., and that no exemptions are allowed except in cases of physical inability. This movement is understood to be in consequence of a call made upon the Governor by Gen. Magruder. Those who desire to avoid the risk of hard service at a distance from home, will do well to enroll themselves in the regiment now organizing for the local fortifications. The 19th militia, Col. Thos. J. Evans, will parade at 11 o'clock, on Navy Hill, between 5th and 6th streets, and the 179th, Col. Ro. F. Morriss, on Church Hill, at the same hour, with such arms and accoutrements as they may have in their possession.
