disloyalty to the Commonwealth. Mr. Robinson, of Berkeley, offered a resolution providing for investigating the right to seats in the House of Delegates of such members as also hold military commissions. The resolution was rejected. The following resolutions of inquiry into expediency were referred to the appropriate committees: By Mr. Prince: Of providing by law a corps more effectually to collect the muskets in the State not in actual service. By Mr. Matthews--Of improving the river for batteau navigation from Buchanan, in Botetourt county, to Covington, in Allegheny county.
