General Assembly of Virginia. Senate. Tuesday, Jan. 28, 1862. At 12 o'clock, the Senate was called to order by the President, and prayer was offered by Rev. Mr. Duncan, (Methodist.) Read First and Second times. The bill entitled an act to incorporate the Planters' Insurance Company of Petersburg.
