Colonel Munford offered a preamble and series of resolutions in reference to the death of Captain Wise, which will appear hereafter. Note--The body of Capt. On Tuesday, a flag of truce steamer went over to Roanoke Island, and returned to Norfolk on Thursday evening, bringing the bodies of Captains Wise and Coles, and Lieut. selden, accompanied by Dr. Cole, Surgeon of the Wise Legion, released on parole.-- Capt.
