On motion of Mr. Grattan, the ordinances in relation to the Markets, and for weighing long forage, etc., was ordered to be referred to a committee of three, with authority to report thereon by ordinance or otherwise.--Committee--Messrs. Grattan, Stokes, and Glazebrook. On the further motion of Mr. Grattan, the Collector of City Taxes was allowed until the first day of April next, to complete his collection of taxes of the city. On motion, the Council adjourned.
