Latest from the North. We were yesterday placed in possession of New York papers as late as the 27th of February, from which we make up the subjoined summary of news: The evacuation of Nashville. A Fort Donelson dispatch to the St. Louis Democrat says a boat just from Clarksville reports the evacuation of Nashville.
