The Exemption bill. We publish this morning the Exemption Bill, adopted by the Legislature on the 14th, and invite attention to its provisions. Those interested will observe that nothing in this last bill "shall be construed to apply to interiere with, hinder or delay the draft, under the act of February 10, 1862, to raise the quota of Virginia for the Confederate army, or to impair the effect of the act of February 18, 1862, or any acts amendatory thereof in relation to exempts."
lutions Concerning Exempts, under the proclamation of the Governor, of the 10th of March, 1862. [adopted March 14, 1862.] Resolved, by the General Assembly, That it shall be the duty of the Boards of Exemptions, acting under the act of February 18, 1862, and any acts amendatory thereof, to take cognizance of all cases of exemption arising under these resolutions; and that the Governor shall cause one or more Boards, with similar powers, to be organized at the several places of rendezvous in exempts remain in the employment by reason of which such exemption was allowed. 8.
