Mr. Royston moved to take up a resolution offered by him some days ago relative to an adjournment. Motion not agreed to. Mr. Wright, of Georgia, introduced a bill for organizing the army, disciplining the militia of the Confederate States, and providing for calling out the militia under the laws for suppressing insurrection and repelling invasion. He advocated the bill at some length, and then moved its reference to the Committee on Military Affairs; and it was so referred. M. Wright renewed his motion, made on Saturday, to reconsider the vote by which the resolution of Mr. Foote, relative to the organization of the different Departments of the Government, was adopted. Some discussion was likely to be elicited by this motion, when Mr. Foote stated that he was willing to regard the vote as reconsidered, and the resolution was laid upon the table. M
