Memminger of South Carolina Secretary of War--Geo. W. Randolph, of Va. Secretary of the Navy--S. R. Mallory, of Fla. Attorney General--T. H. Watts, of Ala. Postmaster General--J. H. Reagan, of Texas. It will be remembered by the reader, that Messrs. Reagan, Memminger, and Mallory, are members of the present Cabinet, and retain their places under the new organization.
