Suspension of the Tariff. Mr. Barnwell, of S. C., from the Committee of Finance, reported back the resolution proposing to suspend the collection of duties on foreign imports during the existing war, and asked to be discharged from the further consideration of the same, and that it be laid upon the table for the present.
