Yankee depredations in Virginia. The following letter, from a gentleman who has been despoiled of his property by the dastards who are now making war upon the South, has been sent to us for publication: About the 15th of February, 1862, the United Stated revenue cutter.--,Captain Frank, landed a crew on my farm, called.
