The Valley Banks. --We copy the following item from the Lynchburg Virginian: Several prominent citizens of Winchester connected with the branch Banks, and Valley Insurance Company lately located there, reached this city yesterday, and are seeking a new locality whereat to establish their headquarters. The Hon. C. J. Faulkner was with the company. We lean that the Bank of the Valley has established its headquarters at Farmville.
