House of Delegates. Tuesday, May 6, 1862. The House was called to order at twelve o'clock by the Speaker proters., Hugh W. Su , Esq, of Augusta; and prayer was offered by Rev. Dr. Huncan. Mr. Blue moved that a committee be appointed to it form the Governor of the organization of the House, and its readiness to receive any communication he might have to make. The motion was agreed to, and the Chair appointed Messrs. Blub, McGruder and Gilmen said committee. Mr. Newton ofrticipated in by Messrs. Woodson, Newton, Rives, and Lynn, was rejected, and the question recurring upon the resolution of Mr. Newton, it was agreed to.
