Indictments. --The Hustings Court Grand Jury, yesterday, made the following indictments: John Hagan, charged with extorting forty dollars from James Evans, a man of mixed blood; Austin Conley, for receiving stolen goods, knowing them to be stolen; George W. Cassidy, for burglariously entering the store of John Does, and taking sundry goods therefrom; Edward Keiling, for aiding and abetting Charles Moore alias Richard Wright, in stabbing Frederick Smith, in March last; William Blankenship, for shooting Geo. Crow, on the 10th of February last; James Austin, for stealing railroad car springs on the 1st of February last; Christopher Kissel, for receiving stolen car springs from James Austin, knowing them to be stolen. The case of Dennis Lynch, charged with stabbing James Shea, was called at the instance of the prisoner's counsel, Mr. Gilmer, and continued until the next term.
