Com'r Watson's Office, Richmond, 24th may, 1862. in the District Court of the Confederate States of America for the Eastern District of Virginia-- Captain George N. Holling, a commissioned officer of the Confederate States Navy, and late commander of the prize steamer the "Saint Nicholas," on behalf as well of the Confederate States as of himself and of the officers and crew of the prize steamer aforesaid.... Libellant, against The schooner "Margaret," of New York, her f the capture of the said schooner Margaret, and of the said schooner Mary Pearce, and the names of all other persons who may have been aboard the said steamer at the time of the capture aforesaid, and aiding and assisting in said capture, and the rank and nature of the services, as for as can be ascertained, rendered by each--first giving in the Richmond Dispatch for at least ten days, and that he make report to the Court with all convenient speed.
