, June 24, 1862. A Naval General Court Martial is hereby ordered to convene at the city of Richmond, Virginia, on the 5th day of July, 1862, or as soon thereafter as practicable, for the trial of Flag-Officer Josiah Tatnall, and of such other persons as may be legally brought before it. The Court will be composed of the following officers, any five of whom are empowered to act, viz: Captain Lawrence Rousseau, Captain Franklin Buchanan, Captain Sydney S. Lee, Commander Robert G. Robb, Commander Murray Mason, Commander Eben Farrand, Commander A. B. Fairfax, Commander M. F. Maury, Commander Geo. Minor, Lieutenant Wm. L. Maury, Lieutenant Robert B. Pegram; and Robert Ould is hereby appointed the Judge Advocate. The above being the greatest number of officers that can be convened without manifest injury to the service. S. R. Mallory, Secretary of the Navy, The Court will meet at 12 o'clock M., at the Navy Department. je 26--tJy5th.
