Proceedings in the Courts. Mayor's Court.--Yesterday morning Timothy Lotsey and James Blankenship, two small boys, were before his Honor for stealing a gun. The two came up behind the son of Mr. A. Y. Stokes as he was returning from hunting, and Blankenship jerked the gun off his shoulder and gave it to Lotsey, who ran into the woods with it.
