Caught in a trap. --A lad named Pat. Sullivan was effectually trapped in the Old Market on Monday night. A vegetable huckster who, for some time past, has been made to suffer from the depredation of juvenile thieves in that locality, determined to catch some of the marauders, and with this view set a steel rat-trap in one of his boxes, where there were some apples. The box being locked, the apples could only be reached by the pilferers by running their hands through some slats. This Sul for some time past, has been made to suffer from the depredation of juvenile thieves in that locality, determined to catch some of the marauders, and with this view set a steel rat-trap in one of his boxes, where there were some apples. The box being locked, the apples could only be reached by the pilferers by running their hands through some slats. This Sullivan did; but instead of getting hold of an apple, had his thumb caught in the trap, where he was held until released by officer Jude.
