from Nashville — Buell to be tried by Court-martial — the campaign in Western Virginia, &c. Chattanooga, Tenn., Nov. 15. --A dispatch received from Nashville says 100 wagons arrived there on the 10th, and there is a prospect of being well supplied; that there is a large force at work on the Louisville and Nashville Railroad, and that there will soon be perfect communication between Louisville and Nashville. It also says that Buell is to be tried by Court-martial for permitting the invasion of Kentucky by Bragg, and thinks it singular that on the other hand Bragg is summoned to Richmond to answer for not whipping Buell.
