Resignation of Secretary Randolph. It was rumored on the street yesterday that Hon. George W. Randolph had resigned his office of Secretary of War. What may have been the cause or causes of his resignation, we are unable to say; but from all we know or can knew of the affairs of that deportment, we are induced to believe thHon. George W. At least it is certain that before he took charge of it, affairs a very difference aspect. Mr. Randolph's will go down to history in connection of its most splendid spots.
