ouse on Cary, between 14th and 15th streets, near which vicinity a man was shot last Saturday night, was summoned before the Mayor to-day, and committed for examination on the charge of being accessary to the murder of J. O. Withmed. Aaron F Shafer, proprietor of the Green House, at the corner of Cary and 12th sts., was arraigned for keeping a disorderly and ill-governed house. The police had entered his place about 1 o'clock on Monday night, and arrested him and Thomas Tinsley, John S. Hotter belonging to the army, and nothing being alleged against them, they were discharged. The three other inmates not giving a very satisfactory account of their manner of getting a living, were committed for want of security to keep the peace. Shafer was required to find a surety for his good behavior in the sum of $500, and appear before the Hustings Court Grand Jury and answer an indictment for misdemeanor.
